  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. marjoram leaves
  • dash of paprika
  • 3/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, washed, trimmed and coarsely chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 tsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
