- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. grated Swiss Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Melt 1/2 cup margarine in skillet.

2Add scallops and mushrooms.

3Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until scallops are done. Divide scallops and mushrooms into 4 shallow dishes or shells.
