- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces prosciutto, sliced
- 1 tablespoon herbs, rub
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
Directions

1Preheat Velata Raclette Tabletop Grill with stone top on high for 30-45 minutes.

2Place asparagus on a plate.

3Drizzle with oil and season with Coriander Herb rub.

4Toss gently until well coated.

5Bundle and wrap 3 asparagus spears in 1 slice of Prosciutto.

6Repeat with remaining spears.

7Place wrapped asparagus on stone top and cook until tender (approximately 10-12 minutes), turning every few minutes.

8Halfway through asparagus cooking time, place cheese slices in 4 Raclette Dishes and slide them into the grill base to melt (approximately 3-5 minutes).

9Remove when cheese is soft and gooey.

10Transfer wrapped asparagus to a serving plate and pour melted cheese over each bundle.

11Serve immediately.
