Ingredients
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1In large saucepan, cook onion and butter until clear.

2Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, paprika, mustard and pepper.

3Over low heat, stir constantly, until roux is bubbly.

4Remove from heat. Stir in milk gradually.

5Heat to boiling.

6Boil and stir for 1 minute.

7Stir in egg and then corn.
-
8Bring to boil and remove from heat.

9Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.

10Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.

11Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

12Enjoy.
