- 12 oz. can white Shoepeg corn
- 16 oz. can French-style green beans
- 1 small jar diced pimento
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Drain corn, beans and pimento.

2Thoroughly mix all vegetables, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.

3Pour into baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and margarine.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
