Corn and Black Bean Salad

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 12 red bell pepper, chopped
- 12 green bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (or if you don't like cilantro, parsley)
Directions

1Mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder in a medium bowl.

2Add the black beans, corn, onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.

3Toss gently with the dressing to coat, and garnish with cilantro.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
