  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 12 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (or if you don't like cilantro, parsley)

Directions

    Mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder in a medium bowl.
