  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can cream-style corn or fresh corn mauchou
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1/4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • dash of Lea & Perrins sauce
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent

    Saute onion and margarine together. Then add remaining ingredients.
