- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
- 1 (9 oz.) box corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt butter and beat eggs.

2Drain whole corn.

3Combine all ingredients; stir.

4Add corn muffin mix last.

5Pour into 7 x 11-inch dish.

6Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
