  • 8 3/4 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. creamed corn

Directions

    Mix and pour into 9 x 9-inch greased pan.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
