- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
- 3 c. cooked whole kernel corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a saucepan, cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.

2Set aside to cool.

3In a bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt, pepper, and onion mixture.

4Mix well.

5Shape into 8 to 10 balls.

6Place in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
