- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups packaged corn bread stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions

1Cook celery in butter until tender.

2Add corn and water and bring to a boil.

3Pour mixture over stuffing.

4Mix lightly.

5Stir in eggs and seasonings.

6Shape into 12 balls.

7Place in 8 cup casserole dish and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over balls.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
