- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 3 c. whole corn
- 3 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until tender; set aside to cool.

2In bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt, pepper and onion mixture; mix well.

3Shape into 8 to 10 balls.

4Place in an ungreased shallow baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Yields 8 to 10 corn balls.
