  • 30 oz canned refried beans
  • 16 oz canned tomatoes (can be diced, crushed, etc.)
  • 16 oz canned corn
  • 4 oz canned green chiles
  • 4 oz canned sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp chile powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1 cup of cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and turn into 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with reserved cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through.
