- 16 oz canned tomatoes (can be diced, crushed, etc.)
- 16 oz canned corn
- 4 oz canned green chiles
- 4 oz canned sliced black olives
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tsp chile powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1 cup of cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and turn into 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with reserved cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through.
