- 1 can cream-style corn
- 4 c. milk
- 1 slice onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. heated, strained tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. butter or less
Directions

1Scald corn, milk and onion together.

2Mix flour and water; add to soup.

3Cook and stir 20 minutes.

4Strain.

5Mix hot tomatoes with soda and add to soup.

6Season to taste and add butter, bit by bit.
