- 3/4 to 1 c. Arnett corn meal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Pour 1/4 cup oil in measuring cup.

2Add milk to fill cup. Stir together dry ingredients, then add the milk and oil mixture. Stir only until mixed well.

3Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Place pan in oven until warm.

4Pour mixture in pan and bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
