  • 3/4 to 1 c. Arnett corn meal
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Pour 1/4 cup oil in measuring cup.

    Add milk to fill cup. Stir together dry ingredients, then add the milk and oil mixture. Stir only until mixed well.

    Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Place pan in oven until warm.

    Pour mixture in pan and bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
