  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place corn meal in mixing bowl.

    Add onions, corn, eggs, oil, salt and milk.

    Mix well and pour in well greased pan.

    Bake in 400° oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
