- 1 c. corn meal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. corn (cream-style)
Directions

1In a large bowl combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, salt and sugar.

2In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, butter and corn. Add to dry ingredients.

3Stir until moistened.

4Put in a small pan.

5Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
