  • 1/4 c. cornmeal (yellow)
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Combine eggs and milk. Stir into cornmeal mixture (do not overbeat).

    Lightly stir in butter or margarine.

    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until tests done.
