- 1/4 c. cornmeal (yellow)
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 beaten eggs
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Combine eggs and milk. Stir into cornmeal mixture (do not overbeat).

3Lightly stir in butter or margarine.

4Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until tests done.
