  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    In 13 x 9-inch pan, melt margarine, then add all ingredients. Stir well and place in hot oven (350°) for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.

    Remove from oven.

    Lightly brush with margarine and slice.
