  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped white onion
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 9 c. cornbread
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • juice from baked turkey or 3 cans chicken broth

Directions

    Saute celery and onions in butter until tender.

    Add to cornbread and bread crumbs.

    Add chopped eggs; mix.

    Add seasonings and broth.

    Dressing should be extra moist.

    Bake in 375° oven until lightly browned on top.
