Ingredients
- 1 pan baked corn bread
- 5 slices day-old bread
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 stick margarine or oil
- 4 to 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 ribs celery, finely diced
- 3 medium onions, finely diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- broth from turkey or hen
Directions

1Break cooked corn bread and toasted day-old bread together while still hot.

2Pour hot broth over bread mixture.

3Saute celery, green pepper and onions in butter until transparent.

4Add mixture to corn bread mixture.

5Cool slightly.

6Add eggs, sage, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

7Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch lightly greased pan.

8Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
