Corn Bread Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 pkg. cornbread mix, cooked as directed on pkg.
• 6 slices toasted bread
• 2 c. chopped celery
• 2 c. chopped onions
• 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 pinch baking soda
• 1 stick oleo
• 4 to 5 c. turkey broth
• 1/2 the chopped turkey giblets, cooked until very tender *
