- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients (corn meal, flour and sugar).

2Add oil, egg substitute and milk.

3Stir together by hand until moistened. Bake in muffin pan sprayed with cooking oil.

4Bake in 450° oven for 15 minutes.
