- 1 medium pan corn bread
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cool corn bread; crumble.

2Mix tomatoes, relish, onion and pepper.

3Drain liquid from vegetables.

4Reserve liquid and mix with mayonnaise.

5Mix vegetables and corn bread together.

6Pour 1/2 mixture into pan; put half of mayonnaise on top; add remaining corn bread mixture; add remaining mayonnaise on top.
