Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 cornsticks, break into bite-size pieces and put in bottom of pan
  • 2 cans Bush hot chili beans, drained (pour on top of cornsticks)
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper

    Layer the last 4 ingredients on top of the cornsticks and beans.

    Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sweet pickle juice and spread on top.

    Chill.

    Serves approximately 10 people.
