Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) corn bread mix or 1 pan favorite recipe
  • 1 3/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 large firm tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or use bacon bits
  • 1 3/4 c. cheese, shredded
  • 1 3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise

Directions

    Bake corn bread according to directions on package.

    Cool and crumble in large salad bowl.

    Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
