- 2 (6 oz.) corn bread mix or 1 pan favorite recipe
- 1 3/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 3 large firm tomatoes, chopped
- 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or use bacon bits
- 1 3/4 c. cheese, shredded
- 1 3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
Directions

1Bake corn bread according to directions on package.

2Cool and crumble in large salad bowl.

3Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
