- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 lb. sweet bread and butter pickles
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 large green sweet pepper
- 1/2 c. heaping mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 lb. mild sausage
Directions

1Mix and bake cornbread.

2Cook and crumble sausage.

3Crumble as it cooks; drain off grease by pouring water over it, to get all of it.

4Chop pickles, tomato, onion and pepper.

5Add mayonnaise and pickle juice.

6Stir in sausage.

7Add cornbread. Toss.
