  • 1 pkg. Jiffy Brand corn muffin mix
  • 2 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
  • 2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • chicken or turkey broth

    Make square corn bread as directed on box (not muffins); cool. Crumble and set aside.

    Prepare stuffing mix.

    In a large bowl, combine mixes, celery and pecans.

    Add beaten eggs and enough broth to moisten.

    Use to stuff a chicken or turkey.

    If desired, bake in a greased shallow baking dish, covered, for 45 minutes at 325° or until heated through.
