- 1 pkg. Jiffy Brand corn muffin mix
- 2 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 2 eggs, beaten
- chicken or turkey broth
Directions

1Make square corn bread as directed on box (not muffins); cool. Crumble and set aside.

2Prepare stuffing mix.

3In a large bowl, combine mixes, celery and pecans.

4Add beaten eggs and enough broth to moisten.

5Use to stuff a chicken or turkey.

6If desired, bake in a greased shallow baking dish, covered, for 45 minutes at 325° or until heated through.
