  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (about 1 1/8 oz.) pkg. taco mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix plus ingredients to prepare mix
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain.

    Stir in taco seasoning, water, corn, green pepper and tomato sauce.
