  • 6 ears corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Drop onto hot skillet with a large spoon.

    (These are small pancakes.)

    Cook on both sides until golden brown.

    Serve with butter and syrup.
