- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup masa harina
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions

1Place corn, masa and salt in blender container; cover.

2Pulse a few times to break up the corn.

3Remove corn mixture from blender; shape evenly into 8 (3-inch) cakes.

4Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

5Add the corn cakes; cover.

6Cook 5 min.

7on each side or until golden brown on both sides, gently flattening the corn cakes with spatula after turning over.

8Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

9Remove from heat.

10Let stand 3 min.

11or until cheese is melted.
