  • 1 large can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, sugar and milk. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased casserole. Layer 1 can green chilies on top, then 1 package Monterey Jack cheese. Pour remaining batter and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
