- 1/2 or whole pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1 small box Velveeta cheese
- 1 tube Ritz crackers (don't substitute)
- 3/4 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Cook vegetables; drain.

2Add 3/4 stick oleo and small box of Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.

3Crush Ritz crackers.

4Add melted oleo.

5Put corn mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle cracker mixture on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
