  • 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn

Directions

    Combine eggs, flour and sugar. Mix well. Add cheese and both cans of corn, stirring to blend well. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
