  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 large bag grated cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix together first 4 ingredients.

    Pour in corn bread mix and cheese; mix well.

    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour mixture over melted margarine.
