- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (lo-cal)
- 1 Jiffy corn bread mix
- 4 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)

2Pour in a greased 2 x 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
