  • 1 can whole kernel corn (juice and all)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (lo-cal)
  • 1 Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Pour in a greased 2 x 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
