- 1/2 c. oil (or 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. milk)
- 1 c. Jiffy corn bread mix
- dash of garlic, salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350° in an 8 x 8-inch pan.

3Grate cheese and put on top; return to oven to melt.
