  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil (or 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. milk)
  • 1 c. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • dash of garlic, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350° in an 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Grate cheese and put on top; return to oven to melt.
