- 2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole corn with juice
- 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (1 c.)
Directions

1Mix all the above together.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Bake approximately 1 hour or less until done.

4Very good dish for potluck dinners.
