  • 2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole corn with juice
  • 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (1 c.)

Directions

    Mix all the above together.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Bake approximately 1 hour or less until done.

    Very good dish for potluck dinners.
