  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Stir in whole kernel corn and creamed corn.

    Then stir in corn muffin mix. Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
