- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 can creamed corn
- 3/4 c. canned milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat egg yolks.

3Add creamed corn, milk, oil, shredded cheese and muffin mix.

4Beat egg whites and fold into other mixture.

5Pour into greased casserole dish.

6Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

7If it gets too brown, turn oven down to 350° for last 20 minutes.

8Serve warm.
