- 2 large eggs
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (17 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sweet corn muffin mix
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Beat eggs in large bowl.

2Add corn, milk and muffin mix. Melt margarine in 9 x 12 casserole dish in oven.

3Remove and add all other ingredients.

4Sprinkle with black pepper.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
