  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sweet corn muffin mix
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs in large bowl.

    Add corn, milk and muffin mix. Melt margarine in 9 x 12 casserole dish in oven.

    Remove and add all other ingredients.

    Sprinkle with black pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
