Ingredients

  • 1 can kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except Cheddar cheese.

    Place mixture into casserole dish and bake in preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes.

    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
