  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix (6 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream-style corn (17 oz.)
  • 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt oleo and saute onion.

    Mix cornbread mix, egg and corn. Pour into a 7 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish with butter and onion.

    Top with sour cream.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
