- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. corn bread mix (6 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream-style corn (17 oz.)
- 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo and saute onion.

2Mix cornbread mix, egg and corn. Pour into a 7 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish with butter and onion.

3Top with sour cream.

4Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
