  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy's corn muffin mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Melt margarine. Slightly beat 2 eggs and set aside. When margarine is melted, add corn with liquid, sour cream, and sugar. Stir and add eggs. Add corn muffin mix. Stir well. Pour into a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish that is coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for one hour.
