- 2 cans Mexican corn
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 1 pkg. yellow rice (5 oz.)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Cook rice according to package.

2In a large bowl, add margarine, corn, half of cheese, soup and rice; toss, being careful not to break up rice.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Pour mixture into baking dish; place in oven.

5Bake for 30 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Sprinkle some cheese on top; place back in oven until cheese is melted.
