  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

    Add milk and cheese and stir until smooth.

    Add rice and corn.

    Salt and pepper to taste; pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
