  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
