  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In a large casserole dish, 8 x 8-inch, mix cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, egg and butter.

    Sprinkle corn meal mix on top.

    Do not mix or stir.

    Just mash down enough to be moist.

    Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
