- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a large casserole dish, 8 x 8-inch, mix cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, egg and butter.

3Sprinkle corn meal mix on top.

4Do not mix or stir.

5Just mash down enough to be moist.
