Ingredients

  • 1/3 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend flour, sugar and salt.

    Add milk and eggs, mixing well. Stir in all remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325° until firm.

    Cracker crumbs may be added on top.
