- 2 cans Mexicorn
- 1 pkg. yellow rice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Prepare rice according to directions. Add margarine. Stir until melted.

2Add corn and soup. Combine grated cheese with mixture.

3Spoon into a 10 x 13-inch casserole dish which has been buttered or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.

4Sprinkle some grated cheese and paprika for color on top.
