  • 2 cans Mexicorn
  • 1 pkg. yellow rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Prepare rice according to directions. Add margarine. Stir until melted.

    Add corn and soup. Combine grated cheese with mixture.

    Spoon into a 10 x 13-inch casserole dish which has been buttered or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle some grated cheese and paprika for color on top.
